At the heart of the new LLT8x00 series is Green Laser Technology, which Micro-Epsilon says is a major advancement over conventional red and blue laser systems. Combined with an ultra-high resolution 4K sensor matrix, integrated 3D processing directly in the sensor head and Industrial Ethernet connectivity, the new scanners set a new benchmark for precision, stability and ease of integration.
4K resolution and micron-level precision
The new 4K sensor matrix redefines what is possible in inline measurement with up to 4,224 points per profile. Line point resolution is down to 6 m and a z-axis linearity of
xtagstartz 0.8 um (0.005%) enables even the finest structures to be captured with outstanding clarity, while maintaining high-speed performance across varying surfaces and lighting conditions.
