Now available from RDS is a new range of custom-designed Industrial Mini STX PCs, which the company says "Are powerful yet cost-effective systems built with industrial qualities, long-term supply and customisable interfaces". They are supplied ready to accept memory, storage and operating systems, and come with the first-class support that RDS is known for.
These new PCs can be supplied either ready to use or as a kit, and they support Windows 10 or Linux. Further, they come with the latest Gemini Lake Processors, quad or dual core processors which support and drive up to three different displays at once. A range of cooling options are also available including silent operation. Systems can be customised with the user's own logo, add-on expansion cards or additional connectors to both front and rear plates if desired. They are also available in various colours.
These are, says RDS, compact designs which are based on Kontron STX boards. The minimum order quantity is low, and pricing is said to be competitive. Key features which RDS is highlighting to users include:
