Miniature float switches suit medical applications
elobau miniature float switches are compact and cost-effective for measuring fluids in medical applications such as dialyses machines. The 2000 and 2048 series of float sensors in particular are frequently used for level detection in medical applications, thanks to their compact size and versatility in design. As they operate on a reed contact basis, they also offer high reliability.
Both series of switches are available in stainless steel and PVC, and also polypropylene and polyamide on request. For ease of use in difficult installation conditions, the switches are available in a variety of mounting options and threads, and also with a two-part screw head to enable simple installation.
They also have a wide temperature range from -10deg to +65degC and an IP67 protection class to cope with harsh environments and media.
