Miniature linear guides can be configured to order
Misumi offers a wide range of miniature linear guides with good rigidity and load capacity in small footprints. The two-row Gothic arch bearing arrangement ensures proper preloads for clearance-free linear motion. For applications in high-temperature or high-humidity environments, customers can choose stainless steel guides for corrosion protection.
Miniature linear guides are available in short-block and wide-block format, and blocks with tapped hole or dowel pin designs. Block height is selectable and rail lengths can be configured in 1mm increments to suit various applications, including automated assembly machines and inspection equipment.
Guides come in carbon steel or stainless steel and there is even a low-dust specification for use in semiconductor, food and pharmaceutical applications.
