Miniature zero leak check valve for critical flow control

Critical flow control systems in high-technology engineering applications, such as those designed for fuel lines in aviation, Formula One motorsport and the oil industry, increasingly require components which provide high levels of performance and reliability in the smallest, lightest package. To meet these demands, Lee Products is extending its range of flow control products with the introduction of a new 375 Zero Leak Check Valve.

Miniature zero leak check valve for critical flow control

This addition to Lee Product's field-proven, miniature zero check valve family, weighs just 11g, has a diameter of 9.52mm and is capable of flows up to 8.63l/min at 25psid. Features include a valve seat with an elastomeric seal to ensure zero leakage and all metallic components made from stainless steel for optimum durability and long life. The valve is available in forward and reverse flow configurations and is suited to high-pressure flow control applications with system pressures up to 5000psi.

Each 375 Zero Leak Check Valve is 100 per cent endurance tested and inspected to 1,000,000 cycles to ensure reliable, consistent performance in the most demanding critical flow control applications. Foor further information please go to www.leeproducts.co.uk.
