Mobile work benches suit lean / JIT manufacturing
Stakrak is promoting its range of mobile work benches. In today's competitive markets, "lean' / JIT manufacturing processes which provide the most cost-effective and flexible working practices are becoming standard. Work benches are an essential requirement in many production and assembly situations, and sometimes taking the work to the people rather than taking the people to the work is the most practical alternative.
Mobile work benches are a useful option in these situations, and Stakrak offer a wide range, including eight types and styles to suit most budgets and applications, such as assembly, production and packaging.
Styles include Workstand, Framework or Storage with features and options such as 75kg U.D.L capacity drawers, cupboards with perfo-lined doors and adjustable galvanised shelves. Other features include quality rubber tyre castor sets for smooth easy moving and tough, durable worktops in either 40mm mpx or linoleum.
The Workstands and Frame benches are height adjustable with 125mm diameter castors with brakes and provide 300kg U.D.L combined capacity. The Storage benches have a similar load capacity, 125mm diameter castors and the option of cabinets and cupboard sections.
