Mouser Electronics wins top marketing awards from ECIA

The ECIA, the industry's leading non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting the expanding needs and interests of the authorised electronics supply chain, honoured Mouser's Marketing Team for its creativity in multiple areas.

For the third year in a row, Mouser was recognised with the ECIA Corporate Activism Award for its avid support of STEM-related educational programmes, including FIRST Robotics. The distributor also earned first place for Best Branding and Communications for its Momentum company newsletter for its 1600 global employees. This is the second consecutive year for the Momentum newsletter to be honoured. Finally, the Mouser team won the top award from ECIA for Best Sales Tools - Capabilities Booklet or Brochure for its creative and colourful square "M" corporate brochure, featuring graphics and messaging about Mouser's state-of-the-art warehouse operations, customer service excellence with 21 global locations, and the newest products to support new designs.

The Annual ECIA Marketing Awards present an opportunity to gain national recognition for marketing excellence for members of the ECIA organisation. Since 2002, this competition has celebrated the electronic component industry's devotion to marketing their brands and supporting the industry's non-profit association.

Another top 2015 ECIA Award given went to Mouser's Vice President of Internet Business Hayne Shumate, who received the ECIA Distinguished Service Award for his tireless service to the ECIA authorised distribution website.
