Multi-head spindles boost machine productivity
Jena Tec is now the exclusive manufacturer of Systematic multi-head spindles for high-productivity machining. Through its association with Tom Henderson, the owner of Systematic, Jena Tec has secured an exclusive worldwide manufacturing licence for Systematic products sold into the machine tool and automotive sectors. Jena Tec's engineers can design or retrofit the multi-head components to customers' machining centres to increase productivity and save time and cost.
Jena Tec Systematic offers single or multiple heads for block boring, drilling, tapping, reaming, indexing rotations and W axis slide motion. Units can be customised with gear or belt drives to utilise standard ISO, BT or HSK tooling.
