Multi-touch panel PCs with powerful Intel Core i7 processors
Phoenix Contact is launching the Designline series 7000 multi-touch panel PCs that benefit from powerful fourth-generation Intel Core i7 processors. The new industrial PCs are protected to IP65 and are available with screen sizes of 15, 18.5 and 21.5inches, all with LED technology and intuitive multi-touch operation.
Thanks to the use of fourth-generation Intel Core i7 processors, the multi-touch panel PCs are particularly suitable for tasks that are very demanding in terms of resources in machine control, process visualisation, quality assurance or data acquisition. The integrated Intel HD Graphics 5000 and support for DirectX 11, OpenGL 4.0, and OpenCL 1.2 provide a powerful platform for graphics-intensive visualisation.
Furthermore, with their solid die-cast aluminium housings and a depth of just 60mm, the industrial PCs are suitable for use directly in machinery. The low current consumption and fan-less design ensure energy-efficient, durable, and low-maintenance operation and monitoring. Thanks to the VESA 100 bracket and the service hatch on the rear, installation and service time can be reduced to a minimum.
These new IPCs complement the existing Designline models of 15inch displays with single or multi-touch operation with an Atom 1.6GHz processor.
