The VLR-100 encoder combines durability, advanced features, and user-friendly design to meet diverse industry requirements. Its non-contact, inductive technology ensures dependable performance, crucial for industries operating in demanding conditions.
The VLR-100 encoder offers reliability in extreme conditions, with an operating temperature range from -40degC to +85degC, ensuring consistent performance even in harsh environments. Compliant with military standard MIL-810G, it meets challenging requirements for durability and reliability. With a supply voltage of 5V +/-5%, it provides stable operation across various power conditions.
From defence to heavy machinery, the VLR-100 encoder caters to various applications, including oil drilling machines, cranes, and turret control. Its wear-free design simplifies maintenance and installation, eliminating the need for bearings or couplings. It offers repeatability of 1.4 millidegrees or 4.9 Arc seconds and a maximum operational speed of 4,000 rpm, ensuring precision and efficiency in operation.
