New-format training from PPMA - Quick Learning

PPMA is introducing a new format of training, known as Quick Learning, with each face-to-face session designed to be short, interactive and focused on one topic. Training that is fast and fun!

New-format training from PPMA - Quick Learning

Sessions last from 90 minutes to half a day and the first Quick Learning course takes place on 29 October 2019 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Coventry.

In the morning, delegates will learn about Developing Team Communication, including different communication styles, communication skills, how to understand someone else's viewpoint, improving communication, and avoiding misunderstandings and conflicts.

The afternoon focuses on Goal and Objective Setting for staff. As well as covering the practicalities of setting relevant and meaningful personal goals, the session also looks at the importance of linking an individual's goals and objectives to those of the organisation - enabling value to be added to the business as well as the staff member. Tools and techniques will be presented.
