HepcoMotion has announced an updated catalogue for its GFX guidance system for Beckhoff's XTS, featuring new additions and an expanding range of products. The update showcases 12 years of collaboration with Beckhoff, highlighting the extensive capability and versatility of the GFX family of products.
Together, XTS and GFX have established themselves as global leaders in Smart Conveyor Technologies, offering a wide range of solutions designed to meet diverse industrial needs.
The updated catalogue features several additions to the GFX range of products:
Strong Mover - for high press loads and robotic assembly forces of 2500N
The new Strong Mover enables heavy-duty industries that previously could not utilise smart conveyor technology to access its benefits. This four-bearing mover is specifically designed for heavy-duty applications, capable of withstanding industry-leading press loads and robotic assembly forces of up to 2500N - ten times greater than standard movers.
GFXr - for high load movement in rectangular paths
With a rectangular layout, GFXr supports exceptionally high payloads with a strong four or six-bearing mover. By eliminating the need to navigate curves, GFXr can maximise bearing capacity, enabling high load capacities of up to 125kg.
GFX Aseptic (GFXhA) - for applications with aggressive cleaning chemicals
A new variant for the Beckhoff Hygienic Design motors has been introduced to complement the existing washdown and cleandown options. The GFX Aseptic (GFXhA), with its fully stainless steel construction, meets the rigorous standards for aseptic environments, making it ideal for applications involving aggressive cleaning chemicals in industries such as pharmaceuticals and raw food.
The future of smart conveyer technology
The GFX range offers unmatched flexibility, with individual mover payload capacities from 125 grams to 125 kilograms, high-speed sorting capabilities exceeding 1,000 ppm, and onboard power and communication through No Cable Technology. Additionally, GFX offers solutions such as Track Management System (TMS), allowing for seamless in-process lane diversion.
With the release of the new GFX catalogue, customers can now explore the full spectrum of products designed to solve even the most complex industrial challenges.
