New IP65 flush fit compression T bar latch from Elesa
Elesa is launching the CSMH flush-mounting compression latch with pop-out T bar handle that offers IP65 protection from dust and water ingress. Ease of use is provided by the T handle that operates the compression latching over an adjustable range from 13mm to 75mm. This ensures soft closure, with the latch itself covered in glass-reinforced polyamide to provide added protection for the cabinet paint finish during the operation cycle.
According to Elesa, the CSMH latch is particularly suitable for applications on machine control and power distribution panels, as well as power generation and HVAC equipment - particularly when located outdoors. Clever design has enabled Elesa to include an 8mm padlock hasp facility and a microswitch mounting for remote sensing of the handle position (open or closed). The CSMH is available with single or differing key combinations (up to 400 possibilities).
