New long-range Type 2 and Type 4 safety light curtains
Reer is launching new cost-effective Type 2 and Type 4 Long-Range safety light curtains, which are available through OEM Automatic.
Traditionally, most dangerous machines are guarded with physical fencing, which is both expensive and time-consuming to erect. However, with a range of up to 60m between the emitter and receiver, the long-range light curtains can be used with Reer floor-mounting columns and deflection mirrors to enable guarding of machines of most sizes. It is suitable for applications where a low-cost perimeter access system is required or where space is at a premium.
Two-, three- and four-beam versions for body protection are available.
