New Nichesensor low- and ultra-low-pressure transmitters

Designated the DS, DT and DV pressure transmitters, the standard ranges are between +/-5mbar and +/-2bar; they are available in both uni-directional and bi-directional configurations. Accuracy is up to 0.15%, they have a beryllium copper and brass sensing element that is sealed from the media, and there are options of welded stainless steel alloy or aluminium construction. They are therefore highly suitable for use in demanding and hostile environments.

Standard output is two-wire, 4-20 mA current loop with an option of three-wire 0-5V signal for fine monitoring and control. The operating temperature is -40 to 125degC.

When used in conjunction with a Nichesensor variable-volume pump, the pressure transmitters can be used for low-pressure calibration. Models are also available for absolute pressure measurement and leak detection.
