New range of 0.5mm pitch double-row connectors
Harwin is releasing the M402 series of surface-mount, 0.5mm pitch double-row connectors in male or female configuration. Supplied taped and reeled, the connector range is available configured from 10 through to 100 terminations with RoHS-compliant gold or tin finish, phosphor bronze contact material and a high-temperature UL94V-0 thermoplastic housing.
With a selection of board-to-board stacking heights, the M402 features 50Vac and 0.5A maximum ratings, a maximum contact resistance of 50mohm and a model-dependent insulation resistance to 1000Mohm. The durability of 500 operations at a maximum insertion force of 0.9N per contact and a 0.1N minimum withdrawal force is complemented by a solder heat resistance of 260degC for ten seconds and solderability of 235degC for five seconds.
