New UK distributor for Rembe explosion protection equipment
Orthos has been appointed sole UK distributor for the Rembe range of explosion protection equipment, which includes venting panels, bursting discs and the patented Q-Rhor and Q-Box flame suppression systems. In addition, the range also covers elevator and transport line protection, and explosion suppression systems optimised for individual requirements.
Venting panels include two types of single-layer units with excellent stability. Mounting is made directly on to a flat or curved surface without the need for special torque adjustment of the mounting screws.
Rembe also offers specialised sanitary bursting discs for the food industry, with the advantage of the process being completely sealed by a smooth stainless steel membrane.
Both the Q-Rhor and Q-Box flameless venting systems, which, in combination with a bursting disc, permit indoor venting, are said to be synonymous with Rembe as the original inventor of this technology.
