New unmanaged Ethernet switches: unpack, connect and use

Ethernet networks are growing and placing new demands on components. Phoenix Contact's new Unmanaged Switch 1000 range offers the following key advantages for system builders and end users:

New unmanaged Ethernet switches: unpack, connect and use

  • Gigabit support
  • Prioritisation of data traffic
  • Slim design and flexible mounting

These switches are suitable for many automation applications and are fully plug-and-play capable, meaning they do not need to be configured.

Flexible installation

A unique mounting accessory enables the FL SWITCH 1000 and 1100 series devices to be mounted flat on the DIN rail in a choice of orientations. As a result, the switches can also be used in small or flat control cabinets where space is at a premium.
