New WITTENSTEIN website enhances customer experience and decision support
The WITTENSTEIN group has unveiled its new global website - a platform that delivers a clear, cohesive and internationally consistent presentation of the group's full portfolio, designed to better support customers at every stage of their decision making process.
Rather than serving as a conventional product catalogue or configurator, the new website functions as a comprehensive platform that highlights WITTENSTEIN's expertise, solutions and capabilities across all business units. It is built to guide users more intuitively toward the information and tools most relevant to their needs.
A complete rebuild of the underlying content management system ensures improved performance, flexibility, and scalability. Among the key technical features are a centralised customer login for streamlined access to services, as well as integrated sizing and configuration tools such as CAD-Point and Cadenas. The platform also includes seamless interfaces with cymex select and ServoSoft, enabling more efficient workflows and enhanced technical support.
