Next-generation tower lights designed for modern OEM builds

The new range of Harmony Tower Lights from Schneider Electric replaces legacy signalling products with a modular and future-ready portfolio, supporting machine builders in delivering safer assets without adding complexity.

Next-generation tower lights designed for modern OEM builds

Each option has been designed with OEM realities in mind, making it easier to specify, integrate, and support. OEMs can choose multiple sizes, colours and accessories, as well as fully customisable smart model for advanced signalling to fit any mission-critical purpose.

Key features

- High-performance LED signalling for high visibility with low power consumption over 50,000 hours operating life.
- Modular stack design for most models so that OEMs can configure the tower they need and replace individual light or sound modules.
- Visual and audible configurations across the range, including optional buzzer and sound variants for clearer notification.
- Flexible installation and connectivity with multiple mounting and wiring options, including push-in terminals, with IO-Link/USB options on selected models.
- Simplify maintenance and spares by swapping modules rather than replacing complete assemblies, reducing inventory complexity.

Harmony XVTS

A new option has been introduced at the top of the range, creating a next-generation smart tower light. XVTS is a programmable unit that introduces the new capability of time-based and volume-level visual indications as well as simple alerts. It is delivered as a complete unit with 9 or 15 individually customisable RGB segments for steady, blinking, flashing, double and triple flashing, and rotating light patterns.

The XVTS is certified to IP69K rating, the highest level of Ingress Protection (IP) available, making it the perfect solution for extreme conditions with excellent resistance to shock and vibration.
