Oil level indicator is approved for explosive atmospheres

Elesa's oil level indicator in its GN743.6 guise not only operates comfortably at up to +150degC, but is now Ex-approved for use in explosion risk environments and complies fully with 94/9/EG (ATEX 95) guidelines.

Typical installations include pressurised oil tanks where the rugged construction of the GN743.6 makes it a simple fit-and-read item. An aluminium body with scratch-proof ESG glass window and Viton seal make this level reading unit suitable for hard-working hydraulic systems and oil-lubricated equipment where high-temperature tolerance is essential and explosion risk has been identified.

Sizes vary from 20-30mm external diameter, with either metric or gas thread fitment using a hexagonal head for simple spanner/socket drive.
