Parker Racor sponsors ARAVI truck racing team

Parker Hannifin is once again sponsoring Team ARAVI Racing in its specially modified Renault Premium race truck class. The team is using the latest generation of advanced fuel filters from Racor Filter Division Europe, helping it maximise its chances of success under demanding conditions.

By providing Team ARAVI Racing with sponsorship as well as logistics and parts support, Parker continues to show its commitment to the commercial vehicle sector. The team, which will compete in the French Truck Racing Championship and a number of other high-profile European truck racing events, has again chosen to use Parker fuel filtration components due to their high performance and excellent dependability.

Parker's fuel filter water separators are capable of removing both moisture and particulate contamination as small as 10 micron in size, thereby having a significant impact on the performance, reliability and fuel efficiency of the latest high-performance diesel engines, such as those used by Team ARAVI Racing. With these engines typically incorporating fuel injection systems that can function at pressures of up to 1600bar, and with injector tolerances of a few microns, effective fuel filtration is essential.
