Pneumo-hydraulic drive is user-friendly yet powerful
Tox Pressotechnik is introducing the new Tox Powerpackage line-Q that is guaranteed to deliver 10million strokes within 12 months. This new product operates from a standard 6bar workshop compressed air supply, with a conventional valve as would be used for a double-acting pneumatic cylinder, yet it delivers a hydraulic press force of up to 227kN, a total stroke length of 100-200mm and a power stroke of 12-52mm.
A combination of a small number of moving parts and the latest seal technology ensures high resistance to wear. Furthermore, the unit can be installed in any orientation.
At the end of the stroke a defined positive stop with damping means that the unit can be used for stamping, force fitting and other applications.
Tox Pressotechnik says the Tox Powerpackage line-Q will be available in July 2008 with short deliveries.
