PPMA is running its popular Developing Communication Skills for the Workplace training course on 18 March 2020.

PPMA course: Developing Communication Skills for the Workplace

This one-day course, which is being held at the Hilton Hotel in Northampton, will be useful for team leaders, managers, supervisors and anyone else who needs to communicate effectively in the workplace.

The course examines why poor communications can cause issues and presents tools and techniques that can be used to overcome barriers. Attendees will come away with the skills to communicate with greater effect in the workplace.

Topics covered include:

  • Defining effective communication
  • Overcoming potential barriers
  • Listening and questioning techniques
  • Different communication styles
