Pressure relief valves incorporate humidity indicator

Brownell is introducing pressure relief valves in a wide range of sizes to prevent damaging pressure drops in a wider range of industrial applications, suiting flow rate requirements from just 0.1litre/min up to 10,000litres/min depending on maximum differential pressure.

Suitable for preventing the low pressures that can be destructive or cause malfunctions in equipment containers, storage vessels and pressure-sensitive instruments, they have the additional benefit of an built-in humidity indicator to monitor internal relative humidity.

These units suit applications where a positive atmosphere of several bar within a vessel is the normal operating level and a negative pressure of just a few millibars could result in permanent damage. They also protect equipment being transported in aircraft, even under rapid decompression conditions.
