QuantumX MX1601 16-channel amplifier is easy to configure

HBM is launching the QuantumX MX1601 16-channel amplifier to provide versatility in multi-channel applications with mainly active sensors or acceleration transducers.

All physical quantities measured via standardised voltages or currents can be acquired; in addition, current-fed, piezoelectric transducers (IEPE/ICP) can be connected.

HBM has designed the QuantumX MX1601 modules for quick and easy configuration. For example, the amplifier module supports TEDS, the Transducer Electronic Data Sheet, which enables connected sensors to be identified and configured automatically. Sensor connection is also quick and easy thanks to the use of push-in connectors.

The MX1601 operates within HBM's QuantumX system. Together with an extensive range of software packages, HBM offers a scalable and powerful measurement system that is just as suitable for test bench environments as for laboratory applications.
