RackNet back of rack netting protects against falling loads

With traditional anti-collapse steel mesh products offering limited safety benefits for the user, Warehouse Partners has developed a modern alternative in the form of back of rack netting to overcome many issues seen with other netting company products. This system offers a range of benefits, including significantly reducing lifetime cost of ownership.

The nets are designed to contain individual items or contain/restrain pallets with loads up to 1000kg. RackNet construction helps spreads the 'shock' of a displaced pallet's impact out to the wire framework and the universal brackets. Flexible, lightweight and requiring less structural support, RackNet need no special tools or on-site fabrication. All parts have been specified to reduce installation time, not to simply provide the cheapest material cost. RackNets can also be easily retro-fitted.

There are three systems, each designed to fulfil slightly different end-user requirements, but sharing the same fundamental design concept and installation method.

RackNets 2.3 is designed to contain individual items or materials up to 50kg falling from a pallet racking system. It has been developed to offer users an effective alternative to traditional steel mesh products. RackNets 2.3 uses the same design principles as RackNets 3.0 and RackNets 5.0.

RackNets 3.0 is designed to contain a pallet of up to 1000kg falling from a pallet racking system. Developed to offer warehouse users an enhanced level of protection in the majority of racking applications where there is a risk of damage or injury caused by pallets falling from racking.

RackNets 5.0 is designed to restrain and contain a pallet of up to 1000kg falling from a pallet racking system. Offering the same design features as RackNets 3.0, it will give an enhanced level of protection in certain circumstances and will significantly reduce the likelihood of injury or damage to property.

RackNets In-Flue Netting is designed for the centre of the rack to prevent product or pallets from being pushed through from one aisle into an adjacent aisle.
