With tough phenolic, flame-retardant, non-hydroscopic mouldings with a high-resistance body material that provides high dielectric strength, Red Spot fuse holders are fully shrouded for personal safety and comply with the IEE Wiring Regulations (BS 7671:1992). An anti-vibration feature protects the fuse holder against the inadvertent release of the carrier, even in the most hostile of environments.

With a current rating of 20-400A and a rated voltage of 690V AC, Red Spot fuse holders accommodate terminal conductors from 10-240mm2, are protected to IP20 and have a maximum ambient operating temperature range of up to of 40degC, providing a reliable contact system for superior electrical conductivity.
