Bruel & Kjaer UK's autumn training schedule is now open for registration. For those involved in vibration testing, the company offers a Vibration Testing for Engineers and Technicians course, which provides a practical introduction. Attendees will learn how to interpret vibration test specifications and apply them to a vibration test system. The course is suitable for new engineers and is a useful refresher for more experienced users.
Bruel & Kjaer UK is also offering a two-day Theory and Practice of Noise Measurement course. This session teaches a basic understanding in the principles of acoustics and measurement, covering many areas such as noise abatement, product labelling and building acoustics. Attendees will learn to carry out a host of noise measurements, correct set-up of measuring instruments and assessment of noise reports.
The company also offers free online courses, called webinars, which run throughout the year. Registrants are welcome to join these hour-long sessions and can even sign up for webinars sessions run by Brel & Kjr's North American office. The UK sessions include training for Basic 2250 Sound Level Meter and MATRON users.
