Registration opens for BARA Machine Safety Conference 2010

BARA's 2010 machinery safety event takes place at Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes, on 9 November 2010. It will focus on the practical implementation of functional safety, with an overview of standards and legislation, including developments relating to the new Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Tutorial sessions cover practical risk assessment and safety system design, and there will be demonstrations by industry experts. A question-and-answer session provides delegates with the opportunity to quiz the expert panel. Speakers will include representatives of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and many of the leading suppliers of machinery safety products and services.
