Reichle & De-Massari appoints UK sales manager
Reichle & De-Massari AG (R&M) has appointed Peter Hawtin as UK Sales Manager to oversee reseller and distributor arrangements in the UK.
From his previous employment, Peter Hawtin has many years of experience marketing and selling cabling and networking products. His expertise and market insight will now be applied to bring R&M's top-class cabling products to an even broader audience in the UK.
Hawtin comments: "I am looking forward to further developing R&M channel and reseller alliances in the UK. We offer a great and very successful product range that allows systems integrators and network designers to implement reliable and secure networks."
Peter Hawtin has spent over 20 years in the IT and networking industry. His most recent roles have been as product, sales and marketing manager at a number of established companies in the industry, such as Thomas & Betts Ltd, FibreFab/Auriga Europe and Hellermann Tyton Data.
Peter Hawtin also has experience from working in national and international standards bodies, being jointly responsible for development of the specification of various structured cabling standards.
