John Pieri, Senior Product Line Manager for Clutches and Brakes at Thomson, demonstrates how to correctly reset the keyway location, saying: "The process is a simple operation. Simply insert a tool - in this case a metal straight edge - into the clutch retainer ring, and pull up the ring until it hits the clutch spring."

Thomson strives to continually innovate and lead the marketplace in linear motion systems and share their application engineering and technical expertise. To that end, Thomson has authored a wide range of educational videos, webinars and technical white papers available now at www.thomsonlinear.com to inform and guide design engineers, explain technology alternatives and simplify the linear motion component selection process.
