Rittal streamlines operations to boost competitiveness
Rittal-CSM, the UK manufacturing facility of Rittal, recently held a strategic supplier conference in Plymouth where suppliers' representatives were briefed on the operational changes needed to ensure that Rittal continues to remain focused on its core capabilities.
Over 60 delegates attended the conference to hear Rittal's ambitious plans to streamline operational activities in order to increase competitiveness. Details of the plan included an increase in efficiency and operational synergies as well as introducing a more streamlined production process through which it is anticipated that unnecessary expenditure will be reduced.
By implementing this plan, Rittal aims to continue providing the best possible service to customers while retaining its competitive advantage within a demanding market.
