Routeco in the Netherlands for Rockwell Automation

Routeco aims to provide an outstanding service to the customer facilitated by in-country stock of Rockwell Automation products in its warehouse in Best, improved logistics with daily shipments of Rockwell products throughout the Netherlands and emergency delivery service. A dedicated account management team with in-depth Rockwell Automation product knowledge will be operating from Best.

Rockwell Automation's strategy is to work with a limited number of distributors. Based on this closer working relationship, Rockwell Automation expects the distributor to have an in-depth understanding of the market they serve and to invest in building customer relationships in that market. As a result, the distributor is able to develop a collaborative relationship with customers to provide integrated supply, product aggregation, automation sophistication and local support.
