Safety relay is standstill monitor and safe speed monitor

Settings are made using the menu on the integral LCD display and the buttons on the front panel. Diagnostics and status information are displayed in plain text, and there are LEDs to facilitate the early detection of faults. This reduces downtime and increases plant availability.

The Sirius 3TK2810-1 has one safe output and one signalling output for each of the three values that can be monitored. These values can be used for example, to initiate measures to ensure continued operation of the plant in a safe state. A complete protective door monitoring system with spring-loaded or magnetic interlocking is already integrated in the Sirius 3TK2810-1 speed monitor. This means that there is no need for an additional evaluation unit, which saves costs and space. The new safety relay is suitable for all standard sensors for speed monitoring and is available in 24V DC and 120-240V AC/DC versions.
