SCOUT55 amplifier from HBM: a sturdy device for mobile use

When it comes to on-site servicing, HBM has developed the SCOUT55 Amplifier for mobile measurement. Suitable for a wide range of servicing and calibration tasks, the SCOUT55 provides a lightweight and cost-effective option. The SCOUT55 is housed in a dust-protective casing which protects it against external influences. Easy to transport, the SCOUT55 from HBM also features a sturdy carry handle, which can, additionally, be used as a stand.

SCOUT55 processes the signals of force, pressure, displacement and torque transducers as well as load cells based on various technologies. Featuring a parameter memory for storage of up to eight data sets (formulations), two peak-value memories, and four limit value switches, the output of the measured data can be accessed through the freely scalable analogue output, the RS232 serial interface and the optional RS485.

Featuring an easy-to-read, digital LED display for test results and intuitive control through a robust keypad with seven button element, the SCOUT55 is a measuring amplifier well suited for mobile use in industrial environments.
