See Harting Integrated Solutions at DSEi 2011
At DSEi 2011 (ExCel, London, 13-16 September 2011), Harting will be featuring the backplane and associated capabilities of its global manufacturing operation Harting Integrated Solutions (HIS).
HIS designs and manufactures backplanes and backplane systems for a range of customer-specific applications, including fully integrated systems. In addition to backplane manufacture, HIS also provides backplane PCB design simulation, design validation and signal integrity testing services, as well as comprehensive system testing. The company also supplies customised cable assemblies for a range of industries and applications, from simple ribbon cables to advanced wiring looms.
HIS is an ISO9001 supplier, and is active as a fully integrated system developer and manufacturer, including series production. The company operates a manufacturing 'global footprint' with factories on three continents, including its UK operation in Northampton. Each site has common equipment, tooling and procedures to provide a seamless service to customers throughout the world.
Within the defence and security sectors, HIS has experience in supplying backplanes and cable assemblies for ground and marine radar, sonar, submersibles, lifeboats and security systems, and will demonstrate its capabilities in these sectors with a number of practical examples.
