Senseye is launching Attention Index, a technology developed by Senseye and now available within Senseye PdM, the only AI-powered predictive maintenance product with automated condition monitoring and prognostics techniques.
An industry first, Senseye's PdM software now pinpoints assets that appear to require immediate attention based on an abnormal behaviour detected. It notifies the appropriate user when it detects anomalies. It prioritises based on its analysis of condition indicators such as vibration, pressure, torque and current.
This new technology was developed following feedback from users around the world and replaces the asset health scores used previously. Senseye PdM users can rate the insights to fine-tune the predictions and ensure it is calibrated precisely to their needs.
Graham Dunlop, Product Manager of Senseye, comments: "Senseye's new Attention Index is a subtle shift in how we present insights and receive feedback, but one that will make our software significantly more predictive and beneficial to maintenance professionals on the shop-floor. Senseye is putting the user at the centre of its thinking, improving detection of problems for organisations without extensive historical data sets, and accelerating the fine-tuning of our AI based on a deeper understanding of the experts responsible for maintaining machines."
Senseye PdM is used by Fortune 500 industrial organisations globally to deliver new sources of competitive advantage by reducing unplanned downtime, spare parts inventory, and maintenance expenditure. Manufacturers across a range of industries have halved their downtime levels and achieved reductions in maintenance costs of up to 40 per cent by implementing Senseye as part of digital transformation initiatives.
