SFC becomes Clarendon Specialty Fasteners

In the two years since SFC was acquired, many changes have been implemented with the aim of providing a more complete service to customers in the company's core industrial, aerospace, defence and motorsport markets. The SFC design and manufacturing capabilities are an important part of the service offering, and this can be promoted more readily to all customers under a single brand. Combining SFC's capabilities with Clarendon's growing range of off-the-shelf fastening products enables customers to benefit from greater choice, availability and innovation.

Clarendon Specialty Fasteners is continuing to invest in its Totnes facility (previously home to SFC), which will remain the centre for design and manufacture, as well as handling the distribution of the more technical products. The distribution centre for off-the-shelf products is the facility at Lydiard Fields, Swindon. There are no changes to the Clarendon Leicester sales office.
