Sirius LZS plug-in relays are user-friendly and reliable

The new Sirius LZS plug-in relays from Siemens Automation and Drives (A&D) have a plug-in socket with push-in spring-loaded terminals and logical isolation. The push-in connection system enables fast wiring without tools and vibration-proof connection of the plug-in relay.

On the socket with logical isolation, the connections of the contacts and those of the coils are physically separate and therefore ensure a logical wiring arrangement with easy installation. In addition, hard gold-plated contacts offer optimal conditions for applications with electronic controllers.

The coupling relays are offered both as complete units and as individual modules for do-it-yourself assembly or as spare parts. They couple inputs and outputs in electronic controllers or are used for contact multiplication. In addition, they are suitable for switching small loads such as solenoid valves or motors with loads of up to 3kW. The relays also perform the function of a transducer and are able to convert signals from, say, 24V to 230V and back again.
