In Sheffield, ETA had the opportunity to take part in a project that truly reflects the strength of local collaboration. Working side by side with Wohner, ETA supported a long-standing local business in the development of a water treatment plant for a major steel works.
As part of this project, ETA installed a battery of enclosures (IP55 - IK10 - NEMA 1,12), designed to reliably house and protect the electrical and control systems required for the plant's operation.
The water treatment system plays a key role in modern steel production, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality water and efficient waste management. It's an essential part of keeping operations reliable, resource-efficient, and well-integrated within the production process.
This project is more than just an engineering success: it's a story of local partnerships, of businesses that choose to work together to create value within their own community.
