T-slot nut features dual-purpose grub screw

New T-Slot Nuts F from Item can be inserted into the profile groove at any point and secured by means of an integral grub screw. This defines the position of the thread and prevents the T-Slot Nut being moved unintentionally. To hold the fastener in place before the grub screw is tightened, a sprung ball is used in combination with an anti-torsion element.

T-Slot Nuts F also have a second function: they ensure the safe partial destruction of the profile's electrically insulating anodised finish. Tightening the grub screw ensures there is a permanent electrical connection between the T-Slot Nut and the profile. This establishes an ESD profile connection without any need for additional elements.

The T-Slot Nut F is available to suit Line 6 and Line 8 profiles and with a variety of thread sizes.
