Threaded bushes install in box-section tubing

Rencol is introducing a new range of competitively priced threaded bushes. The high-impact resistant nylon bushes are fitted with nickel-plated brass inserts as standard, or stainless steel inserts on request.

With a square cross-section, they are designed for press-fitting into box-section tubing for use with the company's extensive range of levelling feet. Supplied in a matt black finish as standard, they are also available in other colours on request.

Sizes range from 30mm x 30mm up to 60mm x 60mm, with a standard wall thickness for use with mounting tubes from 1.5mm to 4.0mm. A large range of thread sizes is available, including M8, M10, M12, M14, M16 and M20. Standard sizes in black are available with no minimum order quantity.

For products not in Rencol's standard ranges, the company can provide quotes from a sample or drawing and offer very competitive pricing, even if new tooling is required.

Tony Swash, Rencol's sales and marketing director, says: "We can provide this service thanks to our well-established supply chain of manufacturing and design facilities in China, covering a broad range of manufacturing disciplines."

The bushes - when used with levelling feet - are suitable for a wide range of applications, including heavy machinery, manufacturing, and medical and hygiene equipment.
