Transdev to supply aluminium profiles from Paletti Profilsysteme
Transmission Developments is expanding its product range with aluminium profile extrusions and accessories for machine frame and safety guard construction from the German manufacturer Paletti Profilsysteme GmbH. The new product line will complement Transdev's three main divisions of belting, chain and engineering/display plastics, and is offered as a fully supported range for OEMs and machine builders as a versatile and cost-effective modular system for constructing belt conveyor frames, enclosures and other machine building applications, where traditional welded framing is becoming less favoured due to cost, aesthetics and high maintenances.
Paletti Profilesysteme is a well established global framing systems designer and supplier, with manufacturing facilities in the demanding German and North American markets. Its large range of aluminium profiles and accessories is used across standard and customised support structure applications as diverse as aircraft test stands and audio/visual displays, and from machine tool enclosures to research laboratory benches.
The range is well supported with online, PDF and hard copy product catalogues, as well as comprehensive CAD files for straightforward integration into machine designs. A wide range of accessories includes fastener systems for standard and heavy-duty frameworks.
