Triniti intelligent lighting platform at The Vision Show 2016

The introduction of the TR-CL series of single-channel industrial lens controllers for use with Optotune EL-10 and EL-16 focus-tunable lenses is a major step forward in the complete automation of machine vision applications. For the first time it will be possible to seamlessly control lighting intensity and triggering, camera settings, image processing and lens focus in a single machine vision environment through an integrated software package.

Gardasoft's new TR-HT series are described as the highest-power LED lighting controllers currently available for machine vision applications. With two independent output channels, each rated at 150W and each capable of driving 50A in pulsed mode and 5A in continuous mode, these new models are well suited to driving high-power LED area and LED bar lights.

The new Sherlock interface will be used to demonstrate Triniti's ability to deliver consistent light intensity over time, and also to configure systems with multiple lights and cameras where many images are required of the same object. Triniti guarantees consistent illumination levels over time by automatically adjusting the lighting based on continuously sampling image quality. Adjusting the light intensity to compensate for inconsistent lighting avoids any potential image degradation that might result from changing camera or lens settings instead.
