TUV-SUD confirms participation in Machinery Safety zone
The Health and Safety Event returns to the NEC Birmingham on 28-30 April 2020. Machinery Safety is an area of particular interest to visitors, which is why the organisers have this year added a Machinery Safety Theatre to the show. This is sponsored by Pilz UK and Machine Safety, and now TUV-SUD has confirmed that it will be participating in the Machinery Safety zone.
The new Machinery Safety Zone will provide a showcase for the following:
- Training
- Sensors
- Digitisation and connectivity
- Machine guarding
- Risk assessment
- Robots - including cobots
- Wearable devices, i.e. smart clothing
