TB Wood's supplies made-to-order and standard power transmission equipment ranges including sheaves, belts, pulleys, bushes, flexible shaft couplings and clutches. Abssac has been TB Wood's sole UK distributor for over 10 years, offering full technical on-site advice and product selection support, backed up by EN ISO 9000 quality assurance.
Abssac describes the TB Wood's products as durable and competitively priced. They include the full range of flexible couplings, such as SURE-FLEX, DURA-FLEX, FORM-FLEX AND L-JAW. These are available complete and bored to customers' requirements. Alternatively, individual parts such as sleeves, elements or hubs can be supplied. There is no minimum order.
In addition, Abssac can also supply specialist, high-torque, large DBSE Formflex couplings manufactured to customers' requirements, capable of handling up to 226,000Nm of torque.
Alternatively, if customers simply require a bolt or flex disc pack for a Formflex coupling, Abssac would be delighted to help. The bespoke service can also deliver two-piece sheaves, extending up to 3m in diameter.
