Ultra-fine-pitch lead screws for precise movements
Abssac's range of ultra-fine lead screws, supplied in a vee thread form, are suitable for finite-movement linear applications. Using 303 stainless steel and 1018 steel, with the proven cold rolled manufacturing process, the screws are available in diameters from 6mm up to 0.500inch, with leads as fine as 0.3175mm (0.0125inch) as standard. The lead screws are also available in both right-hand and left-hand formats.
Utilising a vee thread format design, the precision screws are useful for applications where ultra-precise linear movement is required on a budget. The full range of anti-backlash nuts can be tapped to suit the screws.
