Ultra-miniature sensors avoid failures in fragile fibres
Now available from OEM Automatic is the new Takex UX ultra-miniature sensor range, for installation in the same space as typical fibre applications.
Thanks to the integrated amplifier in this new range, there is no longer the problem of fragile fibres being routed back to a remote amplifier. Within most fibre applications, failure occurs when the fibre optic cables are damaged; the 2m copper-cored cable removes this issue.
Sealed to IP67, the housing makes the sensor suitable for use in washdown environments.
Features include:
- Through-beam (1m) and diffuse (50mm) versions
- Double LED indicator
- Response time of 0.5ms
- Side viewing heads available
