The demonstration cell features a Comau SCARA robot seamlessly interacting with an independent cart technology track system, showcasing the precision and efficiency of modern automation.
Safety and accuracy are paramount, and the system includes integrated safety measures and Cognex vision detection. The addition of a digital twin model allows for real-time monitoring and simulation, providing a comprehensive view of the cell's operations and performance.
A highlight of the demonstration is the IXON remote access capability. Routeco will be transmitting live data from the robot cell to its additional stand on the main show floor, demonstrating the power of connectivity and remote monitoring.
